My name is Janice K. Lee Marshall. I hope that you enjoy my virtual studio here on the web. Please make yourself comfortable, sit back and enjoy your visit with us.
My love of animals began as a child. Born and raised on a small dairy farm in Clinton, Wisconsin, USA. An essential part of my life began with my Grandparents “Jersey” cow and calf. I grew up riding ponies & horses, feeding sheep, chasing cats and dogs, as well as caring for calves from the 28 Holstein cows which my parents milked.
On my 23rd birthday I received a 35mm camera. It was the beginning of the end.. As I now endeavor to capture the spirit within, that makes each animal unique..
“Pasture Portraits” is a unique and wonderful means in which I am able to do so.. To meet each animal, and the people who appreciate their character, their personality and most of all, in the pasture..natural, free and calm... I wish to thank those who have supported my dream and my work. I am very fortunate to be able to indulge in what I love so much.
